  • Humpback Whale tail off the Port of Homer, AK.
  • Awesome, awesome, awesome experience! This Humpback gave us quite a show for about 15 minutes, finning, showing her tail, etc. We were afraid she had left when the water just exploded about 80 yards off our stern. I quickly swung my camera around to capture this highlight of our trip to Alaska.
  • Humpback Whale double finning, a few miles out of the Port of Homer, AK. I'm definitely not a whale expert, but I'm told double finning is not common. She slapped the water several times with both fins.
